Pricing questions
Do I need new hardware?
No. Your staff scan customer QR codes with the phone or tablet you already have, so there is nothing to install next to the till.
Do my customers pay anything?
Never. The customer app is free to download and free to use, on both iOS and Android.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your transaction history stays exportable while your account is open.
Can I move between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes apply from your next billing period.
